真空冷冻干燥技术在连翘加工中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过试验优化连翘的真空冷冻干燥工艺参数,得到较佳的工艺参数。以干燥速率、生产效率及面积收缩率为干燥特性指标,以连翘活性成分得率为成分指标,采用单因素分析结合正交试验,考查预冻速率、真空压强和隔板温度对连翘干燥特性和活性成分得率的影响。结果表明,连翘的干燥特性与预冻速率、隔板温度及真空压强等冻干工艺参数呈现显著的规律性,连翘活性成分提取率则与工艺参数无显著规律性。在优化的工艺参数为预冻速率为7.5℃/min,真空度为40 Pa,隔板温度为50℃的条件下,连翘活性物质连翘酯苷A、连翘苷、连翘脂素、芦丁的甲醇提取得率分别为3.648%,0.560%,0.037%,0.170%,连翘活性成分提取得率的综合评分最高为1.103 9%,且干燥特性为优。 To optimize the vacuum freeze-drying process parameters of Forsythia suspensa through experiments and obtain better process parameters.Using drying rate,productivity per unit time and area shrinkage rate as the drying characteristic index,and taking the active ingredient yield of Forsythia suspensa as the component index,single factor analysis combined with orthogonal test was used to investigate the effect of pre-freezing rate,vacuum pressure and partition temperature.The drying characteristics of Forsythia and the effect of active ingredient yield.The drying characteristics of Forsythia suspense and the freeze-drying process parameters such as pre-freezing rate,partition temperature and vacuum pressure showed significant reg-ularity,while the extraction rate of active components of Forsythia suspense had no significant regularity with the process parameters.Under the conditions of optimized process parameters:the pre-freezing rate was 7.5℃/min,the vacuum degree is 40 Pa,and the partition temperature was 50℃.Forsythiaside A,forsythin,and forsythiaside were the active substances of Forsythia.The methanol extraction yields of rutin were 3.648%,0.560%,0.037%and 0.170%,respectively.The highest comprehensive score for the extraction yield of the active ingredients of Forsythia was 1.1039%,and the drying characteristics were fairly well.
