摘要
利用水蒸气蒸馏法对福建省泉州市国家农业科技园区果蔬园柠檬良种筛选圃内9份柠檬种质植株的花、茎、叶片和果皮4个部位进行精油提取,出油率分别为花0.052%~0.139%,茎0.034%~0.116%,叶片0.211%~0.358%,果皮0.029%~0.241%;柠檬植株花、茎、叶片、果皮精油出油率在不同种质间的差异均主要与基因型有关;柠檬植株4个部位出油率的均值从高到低依次为叶片、果皮、花、茎;出油率在不同柠檬种质之间的变异系数从大到小依次为果皮、茎、花、叶片。
The essential oils were extracted from the flowers,stems,leaves and pericarp of 9 lemon germplasm plants,in lemon seed screening nursery,fruit and vegetable garden,Quanzhou National Agricultural Science Park,Fujian Province.The oil yield was 0.052%~0.139%for flowers,0.034%~0.116%for stems,0.211%~0.358%for leaves and 0.029%~0.241%for pericarp;the difference in essential oil yield of lemon plant flowers,stems,leaves,pericarp among different germplasms was mainly related to genotype;the average oil yield of four parts of lemon plant from high to low was leaves,pericarp,flowers and stems;the coefficient of variation of the oil yield among different lemon germplasms in descending order was pericarp,stems,flowers,leaves.
