摘要
分析中英食品科学与工程专业人才培养模式差异,并阐述了食品科学与工程中外合作办学专业课程体系的特点,通过引进英国皇家农业大学食品运营与供应链管理相关课程,进行了既懂食品生产技术,又懂食品企业经营与管理,同时具备国际化视野和创新创业能力的食品类专业人才的培养,满足食品供应链体系快速发展对复合型人才的需求。
The differences in the training models of food science and engineering major between Chinese and England were analyzed and the characteristics of course systems of the Chinese-foreign educational cooperation program were described in this study.Some courses related to the food operations and supply chains management were introduced from Royal Agricultural University,which could training talents with the knowledge of food product,management and administration of food enterprises,as well as the international perspective and innovation&entrepreneurship to meet the requirement of the quick development in food supply chains.
