摘要
“食品微生物学”是食品科学的重要组成部分,是食品相关专业的一门专业必修课,知识覆盖面广,对学生的要求高。但是,该课程在临沂大学存在授课内容不能及时更新、缺乏实验操作、考核方式单一等问题。针对以上问题,以“食品微生物学”课程为例,对学生学习评价改革进行探索,将理论与实践相结合,多元化评价学习效果,提高实践和创新能力,从而全面提高学生素养。
Food Microbiology was an important part of food science,which was a compulsory course for food-related majors.It has a wide range of knowledge and high requirements for students.However,this course has some problems in our school,such as the content of this course in our school cannot be updated in time,the lack of experimental operations,and the single assessment method.In response to the above problems,this article took the course of Food Microbiology as an example to explore the reform of student learning evaluation,combining theory with practice,diversifying the evaluation of learning effects,improving practice and innovation abilities,and thus comprehensively improving student literacy.
