基于5G智慧广电云的“党建+云平台”的研发与应用

Research and Development(R&D)and Application of“Party Building+Cloud Platform”Based on 5G Smart Radio and Television Cloud

从为河南省党员干部现代远程教育提供学习平台的愿景出发,设计了基于5G智慧广电云的“党建+云平台”——河南省党员远程教育平台。该平台将电视门户群系统与中国广电河南网络有限公司的双向电视业务框架子系统、双向系统集成到一个平台上,并在Site Server CMS内容管理系统上实现了STB机顶盒OTT视频点播业务、个性化信息发布等功能。项目实践表明,该平台功能完备,实现了以互动点播的形式免费向社会播出,为河南省党员干部现代远程教育提供了学习平台,提升了党建宣传教育效果,同时可面向全国学习借鉴推广,发挥重要作用。

Starting from the vision of providing a learning platform for modern remote education of Party members in Henan Province,a remote education platform for Party members in Henan Province(the TV on demand program of the Communist Party of China)is designed.The TV on demand program platform integrates the TV portal group system,Henan two-ways cable TV business frame system and two-way system into one platform,and integrates them in site Server CMS.In the content management system,the STB set-top box Ott video on demand business and personalized information release functions are realized.The project practice shows that the column has complete functions and can be broadcasted to the society for free in the form of interactive on-demand.It provides a learning platform for modern remote education for Party members and cadres in Henan Province,which improves the effectiveness of Party Construction publicity and education.At the same time,it can be a model for the whole country.
