广播安全播出数智管理的研究与实践

Research and Practice of Digital Intelligence Management for Safe Broadcasting

介绍了浙江广播电视集团在广播安全播出方面的管理创新和技术创新,对多维度数智化系统的切换应急逻辑、人脸面部表情识别、绩效管理、播出质量评价等进行分析,阐述了软硬件技术开发实现运维数据分析、构建协同报警环境和辅助安全播出管理的情况,提出了播控人员绩效管理TAPE模型和播出质量评价方法。

This paper introduces the current situation of the innovation in the management field and technical field for safe broadcasting of Zhejiang Radio and Television group.It also studies the multi-dimensional intelligent system switching emergency logic,facial expression recognition,performance management and broadcasting quality evaluation,as well as expounds the implementation of operation and maintenance data analysis,construction of collaborative alarm environment and auxiliary safe broadcasting management through software and hardware technology development.The TAPE model of broadcast control personnel performance management and broadcast quality evaluation method are proposed.
