Building A Three-level Video Conference System to Enhance Service Support Capacity

按照视频会议项目的总体建设和规划要求,此次建设包括省、市、县三级能够分级管理且完全独立的传输平台网络体系。明确省市两级MCU、会控终端、视频会议终端、PTN终端、互联交换机等网络设备的数量、部署点位及连接。为保证会议的安全稳定,在硬件设备上做到所有核心设备的热备份;在软件上做到独立网络的IP地址规划和业务的VLAN规划;搭建一个安全系数较高的独立专网,整个专网与外网物理隔离。

In accordance with the overall construction and planning requirements of the video conference project,the construction includes all three levels of province,city and county can manage the transmission platform network system separately and independently.The planning also made clear that the number,deployment point and connection of network equipment such as provincial and municipal MCU,conference control terminal,Video Conference terminal,PTN terminal,interconnect switch should be controlled at the province and city level.In order to ensure the security and stability of the conference,it is necessary to set up the hot backup of all core devices on hardware devices,Ip address planning of Independent Network and VLAN planning of service on software,and build a Factor of safety independent private network.Also,the whole private network is physically isolated from the outside network.
