摘要
设计了一种无机胶浸渍碳纤维束夹片式锚具。结合纤维尺寸及锚具受力分析,根据Von Mises屈服准则、锚筒和夹片的几何关系确定了锚具的各部分尺寸。进行锚具静力拉伸试验,考虑了推力、夹片润滑度、纤维束粗糙度和端部涂层性质对锚固性能的影响。试验结果表明:增加推力容易导致拉伸后期夹片不跟进;增加夹片与锚筒之间润滑度,可以增加夹片的跟进性;纤维表面的粗糙度过高会对纤维束造成剪切;增加纤维表面的涂层强度有利于增强锚具的锚固性能;试验测得纤维拉伸破坏荷载高达2.7 kN,满足锚固要求。
An inorganic adhesive impregnated carbon fiber bundle clamp anchorage was designed.Combining the fiber size and the stress analysis,anchor clip cylindrical geometry determined the sizes of each part of the anchor.The static tensile tests were carried out,and the influences of thrust force,clip lubrication,fiber bundle roughness and end coating properties on anchoring performance were considered.The test results show that the phenomenon of the clip not following up will be aggravated when the thrust is increased at the late tensile stage.Increasing the lubrication degree between the clips and the anchor barrel can increase the tracking ability of the clips.The rough surface of the fiber will cause shear cut.Increasing the strength of the coating on the fiber surface can enhance the anchoring performance of the anchor.The test measured the fiber tensile failure load as high as 2.7 kN,which meets the anchoring requirements.
