乳化沥青冷再生混合料动态模量预估模型构建 被引量:4

摘要 为深入分析乳化沥青冷再生混合料动态力学特性,且在试验条件不具备时方便获取其动态模量参数,利用简单性能试验机对不同沥青含量、水泥含量的8种乳化沥青冷再生混合料进行系列温度频率下的动态模量试验。结果表明:乳化沥青冷再生混合料的动态模量变异性较大,变异系数与动态模量平均值呈良好的幂函数关系,动态模量主曲线明显受温度、频率影响,水泥可以有效提高乳化沥青冷再生混合料中高温区的动态模量。Witzack模型和Hircsh模型适用性验证表明:热拌沥青混合料动态模量预估模型不适用于乳化沥青冷再生混合料的动态模量预估。通过逐步回归分析法,利用基础测试参数构建了乳化沥青冷再生混合料动态模量预估模型,模型能够较好地预估乳化沥青冷再生混合料动态模量,为试验条件不具备时获取乳化沥青冷再生混合料动态模量参数提供了可能的途径。 In order to analyze the dynamic mechanical properties of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,and to obtain the dynamic modulus parameters when the test conditions are not available,the dynamic modulus tests of six kinds of cold recycling mixture with emulsion different emulsified asphalt content and cement content were carried out in this paper.The results indicate that the dynamic modulus variability of the cold recycled mixture with emulsion is higher than that of the hot mix asphalt.The coefficient of variation has a good power function relationship with the dynamic modulus.The master curve is affected by temperature and frequency,and cement can effectively improve the dynamic modulus in the high temperature zone.The prediction model verification shows that the dynamic modulus prediction model of hot mix asphalt mixture is not suitable for the dynamic modulus estimation of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture.Through stepwise regression analysis,the dynamic modulus prediction model of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture is proposed based on the basic test parameters.The model can predict the dynamic modulus of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture properly,which provides an effective way to obtain the dynamic modulus parameters of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture when the test conditions are not available.
