新型装配式地铁车站智能设计关键技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 装配式结构具有施工周期短、施工精度高、建设成本低等优势,在地铁车站结构设计中有非常广阔的应用前景,是目前地铁车站发展的重要方向。为提升装配式结构设计效率以及加快装配式结构推广应用,针对装配式地铁车站特点,将参数化引入到装配式地铁车站结构设计中,确定车站结构的参数化特征,通过智能算法建立车站结构分块内部及分块之间的联动机制,采用基于VBA的CATIA二次开发技术和基于Python的ABAQUS二次开发技术,将参数化设计与智能有限元计算相结合,开发了装配式地铁车站结构智能设计程序,创新了装配式地铁车站结构从方案设计、参数优化到结构计算的一体化设计工作。结果表明,该技术可将装配式地铁车站的建模及结构计算效率提高30%以上,缩短了设计周期,降低了冗余人力与时间成本。 With the advantages of short construction period,high construction precision and low construction cost,prefabricated structures have a very broad application prospect in the design of subway station structure and tend to be an important direction for the development of subway stations.In order to improve the design efficiency of prefabricated structures and accelerate the popularization and application of prefabricated structures,parameterization is introduced into the structure design of prefabricated subway stations according to the characteristics of prefabricated subway stations,the parametric characteristics of the station structure are determined,and the linkage mechanism inside and between the blocks of the station structure is established through intelligent algorithms.Using the secondary development technology of VBA-based CATIA and Python-based ABAQUS,parametric design and intelligent finite element calculation are combined to develop the intelligent design program of prefabricated subway station structure,which innovates the integration of prefabricated subway station from scheme design,parameter optimization to structural calculation.The results show that the technology can improve modeling and structural calculation efficiency of prefabricated subway stations by more than 30%,shorten design cycle,and reduce labor and time cost.
