摘要
糖尿病大血管并发症引起的高致死高致残严重影响国计民生的多个方面。如何积极高效地开展糖尿病大血管并发症包括脑卒中、冠心病及外周血管病等的评估和防治,是医学界迫切需要解决的问题。有鉴于此,特组织本领域相关专家结合各自的工作基础阐述糖尿病大血管并发症的发病、机制、评估与防治,组成"糖尿病大血管并发症专栏",希冀为奋战在该领域的广大基础、转化与临床专家梳理出解决问题的新思路。
The high mortality and disability caused by diabetic macrovascular complications seriously affect many aspects of the national economy and people’s livelihood.How to carry out the evaluation,prevention and treatment of diabetic macrovascular complications actively and effectively,including stroke,coronary heart disease and peripheral vascular disease,is an urgent problem to be solved in the medical field.Given this,relevant experts in this field are specially organized to clarify the pathogenesis,mechanism,evaluation,prevention and treatment of diabetic macrovascular complications based on their respective work foundations and a“column of diabetic macrovascular complications”is formed,hoping to sort out new ideas for the vast number of basic,transformation and clinical experts fighting in this field.
