Analysis on the Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Development of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Professionals in Changdu

本文综合运用文献资料、实地访谈、数据分析等方法,从不同视角系统阐述西藏昌都市农牧科技专业技术人员现状,系统分析农牧科技专业技术人员发展中存在问题的基本原因,提出完善昌都市农牧科技专业技术人员培养机制的对策和建议,为充分调动农牧科技专业技术人员参与乡村振兴战略积极性,为创新驱动发展战略提供人才支撑。

This paper described the current situation of agriculture and animal husbandry technology professionals from different angles of view through the integrated use of literature,field interviews,data analysis and other methods. Systematically analysed the reason for the problems in the development of agriculture and animal husbandry technology professionals,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions on perfection of the personnel training mechanism to arouse the initiative of participation in the rural revitalization and provide talent support for innovation-driven development strategy.
