摘要
为了得到铝板中缺陷的确切形状、轮廓尺寸及分布等详细特征信息,将检测结果以可视化的方式展现给用户,提出一种板内减薄缺陷的超声导波层析成像方法。以FPB算法为基础,使衰减因子与走时信号相结合作为投影数据对铝板进行层析成像,对板中存在的减薄缺陷进行检测与识别。分别使用有限元法与实验法进行验证,成像结果表明,本方法能准确对铝板中存在的缺陷进行识别与定位,验证了该技术具有检测减薄缺陷的能力,能够应用于板类结构的减薄缺陷检测。
In order to obtain the exact shape, contour size, distribution and other detailed characteristic information of the defect in aluminum plate, the detection results were presented to the user in a visual way, and an ultrasonic guided wave tomography method was proposed to reduce the defect in aluminum plate. Based on FPB algorithm, the attenuation factor and travel time signal were combined as projected data for tomographic imaging of aluminum plates, and the thinning defects in the plates were detected and identified. The imaging results show that this method can accurately identify and locate the defects in aluminum plates, which verifies that the technology has the ability to detect the defects and can be applied to the detection of the defects in plate structures.
