摘要
我国生鲜电商行业发展迅猛,行业规模不断扩大。投资者也将目光锁定在这片新“蓝海”,越来越多的资本赋能于生鲜电商行业。但仅依靠投资机构融资不足以满足行业发展的资金需求,因此,多家生鲜电商寄希望于通过IPO获得更多外部资本。基于此,从资本赋能视角梳理相关文献和生鲜电商行业背景与现状,并以每日优鲜为例阐释资本赋能生鲜电商行业的过程及赋能机理,由此分析资本赋能于生鲜电商行业的原因及困境,并提出想要走出困境实现IPO,企业需要不断拓宽资本渠道、提高创新能力、提升自身实力,从而达到实质性上市标准,实现利用资本壮大企业的目标。
China's fresh food e-commerce industry is developing rapidly,and the scale is constantly expanding.Investors are also focusing on this new“Blue Ocean”,and more and more capital is empowering the industry of fresh food e-commerce.However,only relying on the financing from investment institutions is not enough to meet the capital demands of the development of this industry.Therefore,a number of fresh food e-commerce companies hope to obtain more external capital through IPO.Based on this,from the perspective of capital empowerment,the article combs the relevant literature,and the background and status quo of fresh food e-commerce industry,taking MISSFRESH as an example to expound the process and mechanism for capital to empower in fresh food e-commerce industry,analyzes the reasons and dilemmas for capital to empower in fresh food e-commerce industry,and proposes if want to get out of the predicament and realize IPO,enterprises must continuously broaden the capital channels,improve innovation abilities and enhance own strength so as to meet the substantive listing standards and achieve goals of making use of capital to expand the enterprises.
