比较麦默通微创旋切手术与常规乳腺肿物切除术治疗良性乳腺肿物的价值

Comparison of the value of Mammotome minimally invasive surgery and conventional breast tumor resection in the treatment of benign breast tumors

目的研究对良性乳腺肿物患者采取常规乳腺肿物切除术和麦默通微创旋切手术治疗的效果。方法80例良性乳腺肿物患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规乳腺肿物切除术治疗,观察组给予麦默通微创旋切手术治疗。对比两组术中出血量、手术时间、手术瘢痕长度、乳房美观度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量(15.85±3.29)ml少于对照组的(87.24±5.16)ml,手术时间(0.28±0.08)h、手术瘢痕长度(11.03±1.62)mm短于对照组的(0.95±0.13)h、(31.46±4.72)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组乳房美观度优良率92.50%显著高于对照组的52.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.50%明显低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对良性乳腺肿物患者采取麦默通微创旋切手术治疗可显著减少出血量,缩短手术时间,缩小手术瘢痕长度,提高乳房美观度,术后并发症更少,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of Mammotome minimally invasive surgery and conventional breast tumor resection in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients with benign breast tumors were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional breast tumor resection,and the observation group was treated with Mammotome minimally invasive surgery.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,surgical scar length,breast beauty and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss(15.85±3.29)ml of the observation group was less than(87.24±5.16)ml of the control group,and the operation time(0.28±0.08)h and surgical scar length(11.03±1.62)mm were shorter than(0.95±0.13)h and(31.46±4.72)mm of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent tate of breast beauty 92.50% in the observation group was significantly higher than 52.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 2.50% in the observation group was significantly lower than 22.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with benign breast tumors,Mammotome minimally invasive surgery can significantly reduce the blood loss,shorten the operation time,reduce the surgical scar length,improve the beauty of the breast,and have fewer postoperative complications.It has high promotion value.
