阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效

Effect of amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin on chronic atrophic gastritis

目的分析阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法86例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,以随机双盲的方式分为研究组与对照组,每组43例。对照组患者采用阿莫西林治疗,研究组患者采用阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,病理积分,不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率97.67%高于对照组的76.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的萎缩、异型增生、慢性炎症、肠上皮化生、活动性积分分别为(1.45±0.18)、(0.48±0.09)、(0.69±0.15)、(1.27±0.36)、(0.21±0.05)分,均低于对照组的(2.51±0.32)、(1.22±0.17)、(1.58±0.26)、(2.39±0.51)、(0.47±0.08)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的27.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较为理想的疗效,能够缓解患者的临床症状,且不良反应少,是一种有效性与安全性兼具的治疗方法,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into research group and control group in a double-blind manner,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with amoxicillin,and patients in the research group were treated with amoxicillin in combination with bismuth pectin.The therapeutic effects,pathological scores,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 97.67%of the research group was higher than 76.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The atrophy,dysplasia,chronic inflammation,intestinal metaplasia,and activity scores of the research group were(1.45±0.18),(0.48±0.09),(0.69±0.15),(1.27±0.36),(0.21±0.05)points,which were lower than(2.51±0.32),(1.22±0.17),(1.58±0.26),(2.39±0.51),(0.47±0.08)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 4.65%,which was lower than 27.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin has ideal efficacy in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and it can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with less adverse reactions.It is an effective and safe treatment method,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
