磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的应用效果与价值

Application effect and value of sitagliptin phosphate combined with metformin in the treatment newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的分析磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的应用效果与价值。方法104例初治2型糖尿病患者,按照随机盲选法分成观察组和对照组,每组52例。对照组实行常规治疗,观察组实行磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组临床疗效、低血糖发生率以及治疗前后血糖水平、胰岛素指标、体质量指数。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的空腹胰岛素(12.56±2.24)mU/L高于对照组的(11.61±2.49)mU/L,胰岛素抵抗指数(4.38±1.78)及体质量指数(19.69±1.12)kg/m^(2)均低于对照组的(5.24±1.51)mU/L、(21.88±1.15)kg/m^(2),差异均具有统计学意义(t=2.045、2.657、9.838,P<0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率为5.77%(3/52),低于对照组的19.23%(10/52),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.308,P<0.05)。结论初发2型糖尿病患者采取磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍医治具备明显的疗效,值得临床使用推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect and value of sitagliptin phosphate combined with metformin in the treatment newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 104 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group and control group according to random blind selection,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with sitagliptin phosphate and metformin.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,incidence of hypoglycemia,blood glucose index,insulin level,and body mass index before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin(12.56±2.24)mU/L of the observation group was higher than(11.61±2.49)mU/L of the control group,and the insulin resistance index(4.38±1.78)and body mass index(19.69±1.12)kg/m^(2) were lower than(5.24±1.51)mU/L and(21.88±1.15)kg/m^(2) of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(t=2.045,2.656,9.838,P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 5.77%(3/52),which was lower than 19.23%(10/52)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.308,P<0.05).Conclusion Sitagliptin phosphate in combination with metformin has obvious efficacy on patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
