左甲状腺素钠联合硒酵母治疗甲状腺功能减退的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of levothyroxine sodium combined with selenium yeast in the treatment of hypothyroidism

目的分析左甲状腺素钠与硒酵母联合治疗甲状腺功能减退(甲减)的临床效果,为今后临床治疗提供有利的参考依据。方法114例甲状腺功能减退患者,应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组57例。对照组应用左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用硒酵母片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、用药不良反应发生情况、治疗前后甲状腺功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.49%,高于对照组的84.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药不良反应发生率15.79%与对照组的14.04%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)分别为(200.99±6.61)、(60.21±2.38)、(6.37±0.25)mU/L,均低于对照组的(221.01±7.72)、(69.98±3.01)、(9.47±0.45)mU/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠片与硒酵母片联合治疗甲状腺功能减退的临床效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of levothyroxine sodium combined with selenium yeast in the treatment of hypothyroidism,so as to provide a beneficial reference for the future clinical treatment.Methods A total of 114 patients with hypothyroidism were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the observation group was treated with selenium yeast based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse drug reactions,and thyroid function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 96.49% in the observation group was higher than 84.21% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between 15.79% of the observation group and 14.04% of the control group(P>0.05).The thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),and thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)in the observation group after treatment were(200.99±6.61),(60.21±2.38),(6.37±0.25)mU/L,which were lower than(221.01±7.72),(69.98±3.01),(9.47±0.45)mU/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium tablet and selenium yeast tablet combined treatment has significant clinical effect in the treatment of hypothyroidism.
