补肺活血胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗及噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of Bufei Huoxue capsule combined with budesonide/formoterol and tiotropium bromide in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探索补肺活血胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗及噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的临床效果研究。方法回顾性分析87例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床资料,将所有患者根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(43例)和实验组(44例)。对照组采用采取布地奈德福莫特罗联合噻托溴铵治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上结合补肺活血胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、前2秒用力呼气容积(FEV2)/FVC、FEV1/FVC]、症状评分以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,实验组患者FVC(2.82±0.33)L、FEV1(2.38±0.23)L、FEV2/FVC(80.13±7.35)%、FEV1/FVC(72.29±5.42)%均高于对照组的(2.25±0.28)L、(2.08±0.15)L、(70.50±6.83)%、(61.34±4.96)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、气短、自汗评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率95.45%高于对照组的76.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用补肺活血胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗和噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的效果确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bufei Huoxue capsule combined with budesonide/formoterol and tiotropium bromide in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 87 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into control group(43 cases)and experimental group(44 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with budesonide/formoterol and tiotropium bromide,and the experimental group was treated with Bufei Huoxue capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of pulmonary function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the 1 st second(FEV1),forced expiratory volume in the first 2 seconds(FEV2)/FVC,FEV1/FVC],symptom scores before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,the FVC(2.82±0.33)L,FEV1(2.38±0.23)L,FEV2/FVC(80.13±7.35)%,FEV1/FVC(72.29±5.42)%of the experimental group were higher than(2.25±0.28)L,(2.08±0.15)L,(70.50±6.83)%,(61.34±4.96)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,sputum,wheezing,shortness of breath,and spontaneous perspiration in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 95.45%in the experimental group was higher than 76.74%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Bufei Huoxue capsule combined with budesonide/formoterol and tiotropium bromide is exact in the treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
