摘要
雷达关键承力结构的轻质高效化是雷达结构设计的发展趋势。拓扑优化作为一种先进的设计手段,能够优化结构的材料分布,实现结构的轻量化设计。采用有限元法对某型雷达安装平台结构进行仿真分析,并通过拓扑优化技术对其进行创新设计,采用分步优化策略,对安装平台结构进行了创新构型设计。对优化后的结构与初始设计结构进行了性能对比,创新构型在整体减重16%的条件下,实现了各个工况下刚度性能的提升以及各阶模态频率的提升。
The lightweight and high efficiency of key structures is the development trend of radar structure design.Topology optimization is an advanced design technique that can optimize the material distribution to realize the light weight of the structure.In this paper,finite element method is used for simulation analysis of a typical radar mounting platform,and topology optimization method is adopted for the optimization design of radar structure.A multi-step optimization strategy is proposed for the design optimization of a typical radar mounting platform.Compared with the initial structure,the weight of the optimized mounting platform has dropped by 16%.What's more,the structure stiffness under various static conditions and modal frequencies of each order are significantly improved.
