摘要
通过理论计算和ANSYS仿真分析,设计了一种能够应用于数控铣床的自动密封和自动排液的过滤罐,实现了真空吸附加工薄板类零件过程的自动化。试验验证结果表明,其具有使用效果好、维护简单、成本低的优点,在自动化生产加工领域有一定的推广应用价值。
Through theoretical calculation and ANSYS simulation analysis,a kind of automatic sealing and automatic draining tool which can be used in NC milling machine is designed,and the process automation of vacuum adsorption machining thin plate parts is realized.The test results show that the utility model has the advantages of reliable working effect,simple operation and maintenance,low cost,and certain popularization value in automatic production and processing.
