摘要
开展了曲面共形天线液冷板的3D打印结构协同设计,形成了适合于3D打印成型的曲面液冷产品结构。梳理了曲面液冷板3D打印成型工艺流程并划分为3个主要阶段。研究了曲面液冷板残余应力及宏观变形控制、微细流道尺寸精度控制技术,开展了微细流道粉末清除试验,成功制备了满足尺寸精度与散热需求的曲面共形天线液冷板。
By carrying out the 3D printing structure co-design of the liquid cooling plate of cambered conformal antenna,the conformal liquid cooling product structure suitable for 3D printing is formed.The 3D printing process of conformal liquid cooling plate is sorted out and divided into three main stages.The residual stress and macroscopic deformation control of the conformal liquid cooling plate and the control technology of the dimensional accuracy of the micro channel are studied.The powder removal test of the micro channel is carried out,and the liquid cooling plate of cambered conformal antenna which meets the requirements of the dimensional accuracy and heat dissipation is successfully prepared.
