硫化氢和脱落酸在植物响应逆境胁迫中的交互作用 被引量:3

摘要 硫化氢(Hydrogen sulfide,H_(2)S)和脱落酸(Abscisic acid,ABA)是植物体内重要的信号分子和胁迫激素,二者能以独立或交互作用的方式,调控植物的生长发育及响应逆境胁迫。分析H_(2)S和ABA在植物体内的代谢机制。总结H_(2)S和ABA在植物响应干旱、高温、低温和渗透胁迫,以及调控气孔运动、种子萌发、根系生长等生理过程中的交互作用。阐述H_(2)S和ABA交互作用的机理,为研究二者在植物生长发育及响应逆境胁迫中的交互作用奠定基础。总结并展望H_(2)S和ABA交互作用的分子机理、H_(2)S与其他信号的交互作用、信号网络的新成员和信号组(Signalome)。 Hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)and abscisic acid(ABA)are important signaling molecules and stress hormones in plants,which regulate plant growth and development as well as response to environmental stress in an alone or interactive manner.The metabolic mechanisms of H_(2)S and ABA in plants were analyzed.The interaction between H_(2)S and ABA in the response of plants to drought,high temperature,cold,and osmotic stress,as well as in the regulation of stomatal movement,seed germination,and root growth was sum-marized.The mechanism of the interaction between H_(2)S and ABA was stated,which laid the foundation for researching the H_(2)S-ABA interaction in plant growth and development as well as response to environmental stress.In addition,the molecular mechanism of H_(2)S-ABA interaction,crosstalk of H_(2)S with other signaling,new members of signaling network,and signalome were prospected.
