加劲薄钢板剪力墙在钢结构住宅中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 多高层钢结构住宅产业化是今后发展的重要方向,在低烈度地区,加劲薄钢板剪力墙即可满足设计要求,但是制作难度大,常采用增加钢板厚度的方法以降低技术门槛,增加直接成本。提出了一种新型制作工艺,使加劲肋与钢板剪力墙整体折弯成型,焊缝数量由3道减为2道,有效降低面外变形。通过焊缝拉伸试验验证焊接工艺的可行性,并确定焊接材料。设计4个足尺试件进行低周往复荷载试验,研究新型制作工艺、不同框架抗侧刚度、不同宽高比对抗剪性能的影响。在此基础上,对钢结构住宅项目应用过程中的钢板墙模块制作与转运、建筑构造等关键技术进行优化总结,供同类工程借鉴。 The industrialization of Multiple high-rise steel structural residences is an important direction of future development,in the area of low seismic precautionary intensity,stiffened thin steel plate shear walls can meet the design requirements,but it is difficult to manufacture.The method of increasing the thickness of steel plate is often used to reduce the technical threshold which can increase the direct cost.In this paper,a new manufacturing process is proposed,which can bend the stiffener and steel plate shear wall as a whole,reduce the number of welds from 3 to 2,and effectively reduce the out of plane deformation.The feasibility of the welding process is verified through the tensile test of the weld and the welding material is determined.Four fullscale specimens were designed for low-cycle reserved loading test to study the influence of manufacturing process,different lateral stiffness of frame,and different wall width to height ratio on shear resistance.Based on these,key technologies such as steel plate wall module manufacturing and transfer,and building construction during the application of steel structure,residential projects are optimized and summarized for similar projects.
