How to Do a Good Job in Hospital Conduct Education and Create a Long-term Management Mechanism in New Period

随着我国医疗体系的不断完善,医疗体制改革速度也在持续加快,为人们的健康提供了重要保障,全面提高了医疗活动质量和服务水平。在新的医疗行业发展背景下,社会对于医院行风建设机制也产生了新的要求,要求医院应当加强行风教育,以此构建良好的行业风气,为人们提供更加放心的医疗服务。作为行风办工作人员需要认识到新时期医院的未来发展趋势以及行风教育的必要性,从医院实际工作角度出发制定合理的教育机制。基于此,文章分析了在医院内实施行风教育的意义,探讨了在新时期抓好医院行风教育打造长效管理机制的有效措施。

With the continuous improvement of China’s medical system,the speed of medical system reform is also accelerating,providing an important guarantee for people's health,and comprehensively improving the quality of medical activities and service level.In the context of the development of the new medical industry,the society also has new requirements on the construction mechanism of hospital conduct education,requiring hospitals to strengthen the conduct education,so as to build a good industry atmosphere and provide people with more assured medical services.As hospital managers,we need to realize the future development trend of hospitals in the new era and the necessity of conduct education,so as to establish a reasonable education mechanism from the perspective of actual hospital work.Based on this,this paper analyzed the significance of the implementation of conduct education in hospitals,and discusses the effective measures to build a long-term management mechanism of conduct education in hospitals in the new era.
