摘要
医政管理是政府卫生行政部门依照法律法规及有关规定对医疗机构、医疗技术人员、医疗服务及其相关领域实施行政管理活动的总和,是卫生事业管理的重要组成部分,主要对象是各级各类医疗机构及其工作,基本任务是贯彻执行国家有关医疗卫生工作的方针、政策、法令和规定;负责组织城乡各级各类医疗机构的建设和发展;保证医疗单位业务工作的正常开展,并妥善处理医疗单位业务工作中出现的各类问题,达到提高医疗质量、改善服务态度、保障人民健康的目的。文章通过分析目前医院医政管理所出现的问题与医患关系的联系,并且根据实际原因提出具体解决方案,研究医院医政标准化管理在改善医患关系中的作用。
Medical administration is the sum of administrative management activities carried out by the government's health administration department in accordance with laws,regulations and related regulations on medical institutions,medical technicians,medical services and related fields.It is an important part of health management.The main targets are all types of medical institutions and their work.The basic task is to implement the national guidelines,policies,decrees and regulations on medical and health work;to organize the construction and development of various types of medical institutions at all levels in urban and rural areas;to ensure the normal operation of medical units and to properly handle the work.The various problems that have arisen to achieve the goal of improving medical quality,improving service attitudes,and protecting people's health.This paper analyzes the relationship between the current problems in hospital medical administration management and the doctor-patient relationship,and proposes specific solutions based on actual reasons,to study the role of hospital medical administration standardization in improving the doctor-patient relationship.
