消融电极联合电动吸引切割器治疗小儿鼾症的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨消融电极切除扁桃体联合鼻内窥镜下腺样体切割治疗小儿鼾症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2020年1月-2021年1月,选择医院新开展的以消融电极切除扁桃体联合鼻内窥镜下腺样体切割术的患儿共28例作为观察组,同时随机选取医院常规行低温等离子扁桃体切除联合鼻内窥镜下腺样体消融术的患儿,30例作为对照组,比较两组的术中出血量、手术时间、术后恢复进食时间、术后出血率及有效率。结果观察组与对照组在手术时间、术后出血率、术中出血量、术后恢复进食时间、术后有效率的指标比较中,数值相近,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论消融电极切除法与目前推崇的低温等离子法,在治疗小儿鼾症中均疗效肯定,并发症少,因观察组的治疗方法具有设备要求低、操作简便灵活、易掌握开展且费用低廉等优点,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of tonsillectomy by ablation electrode combined adenoidectomy by nasal endoscopic in the treatment of snoring in children.Methods Retrospective cases from January 2020 to January 2021 in our hospital,a total of 28 children with tonsillectomy by ablative electrode combined adenoidectomy by nasal endoscopic with nasal as the observation group,30 children randomly selected in routine treatment with tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy by low-temperature plasma as the control group.Compared the amount of intraoperative blood,operative time,postoperative recovery time of feeding,postoperative bleeding rate and effective rate between observation group and control group.Results The observation and control group were similar in the operative time,postoperative bleeding rate,amount of intraoperative blood,postoperative recovery time of feeding,and effective rate.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The operation by ablation electrode and control group recommended by low-temperature plasma are all effective and less complications in the treatment of snoring in children.But the treatment method in the observation group has the advantages of low equipment requirements,simple and flexible operation and low cost etc,and it is worthy for extending in clinic.
