康复宿舍模式在住院精神分裂症患者康复中的运用

Application of Rehabilitation Dormitory Mode in the Rehabilitation of Inpatients With Schizophrenia

目的探讨康复宿舍模式在住院精神分裂症患者康复中的运用效果。方法研究对象选择医院收治的120例精神分裂患者作为研究对象,病例资料的选择时间为2019年8月-2020年2月,所有患者采用随机数字表法分为两组各60例,对照组患者在进行常规药物治疗的同时予以封闭式管理模式,观察组患者在进行常规药物治疗的同时予以康复宿舍模式,比较两种方式的应用效果(IPROS评分、SSPI评分)。结果 (1)观察组进行康复宿舍模式第4周以及第12周其工疗、生活能力、社交能力、卫生情况、兴趣等IPROS评分显著低于对照组,对比两组间数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(2)观察组进行康复宿舍模式第4周以及第12周SSPI评分降低明显,和对照组评分进行对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院精神分裂症患者康复中采用康复宿舍模式可提升患者社会交往能力,有助于情绪的稳定,对于社会功能恢复具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation dormitory mode in the rehabilitation of inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the case data were selected from August 2019 to February 2020.All patients were divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group by random number table.The control group was given closed management mode while receivingconventional drug treatment.Patients in the observation group receivedconcomitant therapy with the rehabilitation dormitory model,andcompared the efficacy of the two modalities(IPROS scores,SSPIscores).Results(1)At weck 4 and weck 12 of rehabilitation dormitorymode,the IPROS scores of the observation group were significantlylower than those of the control group,and the differences betweenthe two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The SSPIscores of the observation group decreased significantly at the 4tand 12t week after the rehabilitation dormitory mode,which wasstatistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the rehabilitation of hospitalized schizophrenic patients,the rehabilitation dormitory mode can improve the patients'socialcommunication ability,contribute to the emotional stability,and is ofgreat significance for the recovery of social function.
