芪龙胶囊联合丁苯酞治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

Effect of Qilong Capsule Combined With Butylphthalide on Cerebral Infarction

目的观察芪龙胶囊联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取医院2019年6月1日—2020年6月30日住院诊为急性脑梗死患者86例。分为观察组和对照组各43例,两组均给予阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀、丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。观察组加用芪龙胶囊,住院观察2周,记录两组患者住院时及出院时美国国立卫生院卒中量表(national institutes of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分及总有效率,对比两组患者住院前后的神经功能变化及治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组之间住院时的NIHSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者NIHSS评分均降低,且观察组降低更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组总有效率为90.70%,高于对照组72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪龙胶囊联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的疗效更显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qilong capsulecombined with butylphthalide soft capsule in the treatment of acutecercbral infarction.Methods Selected a total of 86 paticnts from June1,2019 to June 30,2020 in the hospital diagnosis with acute cerebralinfarction,randomly divided into observation group and controlgroup,with 43 cases in each group.Two groups were given aspirin,atorvastatin,butylphthalide soft capsule treatment.The observationgroup was treated with Qilong capsules and was hospitalized for 2wecks.The scores and total cffective rates of the national institutesof health stroke scale(NIHSS)of the two groups of patients wererecorded when they were hospitalized and when they were discharged.Changes in nerve function before and after and treatment effect.Results There was no statistically significant difference in NIHsSscores between the observation group and the control group duringhospitalization(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the NIHSsscores of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,andthe decrease in the observation group was more significant,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After two weeks oftreatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.70%,which was higher than 72.09% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qilong capsule combined with butylphthalide soft capsule is more effective in treating acute cerebral infarction.
