针对性护理在VSD联合臭氧水冲洗治疗感染性创面中的应用

Application of Targeted Nursing Care in VSD Combined With Ozonation Water Irrigation in the Treatment of Infectious Wounds

目的探析负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage technology,VSD)联合臭氧水冲洗对感染性创面愈合的效果评价及护理。方法选取医院2018年3月-2020年12月收治的94例感染性创面患者,以随机数字表法分成两组,各47例。两组患者均采用VSD联合臭氧水冲洗治疗,对照组采用常规创面护理,观察组采用针对性创面护理,观察两组患者创面愈合有效率、康复情况、疼痛评分及护理风险发生情况。结果观察组的临床有效率(97.87%)明显高于对照组(82.98%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的康复指标(创面愈合时间、换药次数、住院时间)均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的疼痛评分改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的护理风险事件率(4.26%)明显低于对照组(23.40%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 VSD与臭氧水冲洗联合治疗感染性创面中实施针对性护理临床效果显著,可有效提高创面愈合有效率,优化创面康复指标,缓解患者疼痛,降低护理风险事件。

Objective To explore the effect evaluation and nursing of VSD combined with ozone water in treatment of infectious wound healing.Methods A total of 94 cases of patients with infectious wounds and who treated in the hospital from March 2018 to December 2020 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two group by the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with VSD combined with ozone water irrigation.The control group was treated with routine wound nursing,and the observation group was treated with targeted wound nursing.The effective rate of wound healing,rehabilitation status,pain score and nursing risk of two groups of patients were observed.Results The effective rate in the observation group(97.87%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.98%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rehabilitation indexes(wound healing time,dressing change times,hospitalization time)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of pain score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing risk event rate in the observation group(4.26%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.40%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The VSD combined with ozone water irrigation in treatment of infectious wounds,the implementation of targeted nursing clinical effect is significant,which can effectively improve the effective rate of wound healing,optimize wound rehabilitation indicators,relieve pain of patients,reduce nursing risk events.
