Lei Feng spirit is an important element to construct the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists.Since the 18th national congress of the Communist Party of China,president Xi Jinping has made important discussions with the core contents of“Lei Feng spirit is eternal”,“Lei Feng spirit is a vivid embodiment of the core values of society”and“Writing the Story of Lei Feng in the new era with practical actions”.Moreover,president Xi Jinping also revealed the contemporary value of Lei Feng Spirit,including Lei Feng Spirit having its everlasting life but not unabiding.Its concept is flowing not solidified;its content is diversified not unitary;it belongs to a social class,not a single person and it is a practical spirit not metaphysical and it is not abstract but specific.
