摘要 为适应企业数字化转型,打造以人为本的核心竞争优势,山东联通在集团公司指导下,根据业务需求和技术驱动,聚焦人才资源价值经营,以重构和增强网络线队伍效能为目标,系统谋划整体推进人才发展体制机制改革,运用大数据和AI等技术手段开展队伍效能建模,构建能岗匹配的网络队伍认证体系,创建CBO网络运营管理新模式,打造网络运营梦之队,使运营效能、队伍结构、队伍活力、人才技能全面提升,为促进公司可持续高质量发展提供坚实的人才保证。 In order to adapt to the digital transformation of enterprises and build a people-oriented core competitive advantage,under the guidance of the Group Company,according to business needs and technology driving,Shandong Unicom focuses on the value of talent resources management,and systematically plans to promote the reform of talent development system and mechanism as a whole with the goal of reconstructing and enhancing the effectiveness of network line team. At the same time,team effectiveness modeling is carried out by using big data,AI and other technical means,competency-position fit network team certification system is built,and the new CBO network operation management model is created,the network operation dream team is built,which comprehensively improves the operation efficiency,team structure,team vitality and talent skills,and provide a solid talent guarantee for promoting the sustainable and high-quality development of the company.
