摘要
[目的]以平车前和车前种子为试验材料,研究在铅胁迫下对其种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[方法]利用不同Pb;浓度(50、100、150、200 mg/L)胁迫平车前和车前种子,研究Pb^(2+)浓度胁迫对平车前和车前种子萌发、幼苗生长的变化。[结果]随Pb;胁迫浓度的增加,平车前和车前种子的萌发率、发芽指数、发芽势先升高后降低,生物量整体呈下降趋势。[结论]为筛选修复重金属污染土壤植物提供理论依据。
[Objective]The aim was to study the effects of lead stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Plantago depressa Willd.and Plantago asiatica L..[Method]The effects of Pb^(2+) concentration with 0,100,150,200 mg/L on seed germination and seedling growth of Plantago depressa Willd.and Plantago asiatica L.were studied.[Result]The results showed that the germination,germination index and germination potential of Plantago depressa Willd.and Plantago asiatica L.increased at first and then decreased.And the biomass showed a general trend of decline with the increase of lead concentration.[Conclusion]This study provided a theoretical basis for selection and remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil plants.
