基于成果导向理念的园林专业人才培养体系建设研究——以沈阳工学院为例

Research on Construction of Training System of Landscape Architecture Professionals based on OBE——Take Shenyang Institute of Technology as Example

针对沈阳工学院园林专业人才培养体系建设进行分析和研究,该体系建设基于成果导向理念,以学生为中心,让目标导向取代学科导向。在兼顾办学定位和专业特色的同时,课程设置兼顾能力培养的技能性和研究性,以达到推动应用型本科高校园林专业人才培养体系改革、培养适应北方园林行业需求人才的目的。

The construction of the training system of landscape architecture professionals in Shenyang Institute of Technology was analyzed. The construction of the system was based on the concept of achievementoriented,student-centered,goal-oriented instead of subject-oriented. At the same time,the curriculum including theory and practice should be reorganized based on employment orientation with a range. In order to promote the reform of the cultivation system of landscape talents in application-oriented universities and cultivate talents to meet the needs of the landscape industry in northern China,the curriculum setting should take into account both the orientation of running a school and the characteristics of the specialty.
