深化科教融合培养创新创业人才——以园艺类专业为例

Deepening the Integration of Science and Education to Cultivate Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents——Taking Horticulture Specialty as an Example

推进科教融合是涉农高校自身发展的需要,是缓解毕业生就业压力的需要,也是创新型国家建设的需要。然而,推进科教融合还存在师生认识不到位、资源整合力度不够以及运行机制体制不完善等问题。针对存在的问题,提出了要加强宣传引导,提高师生对科教融合的认识,要注重协同,充分整合高校、科研院所、相关企业科研育人资源,深入推进科教融合工作,提高园艺类专业创新创业人才培养质量,要优化机制,为深化科教融合提供资金和激励等全方位保障,确保"校院、校企"协同开展科教融合工作的可持续发展。

Promoting the integration of science and education is the need for the development of agricultural universities,the need to alleviate the employment pressure of graduates,and the need to build an innovative country. However,there are still some problems in promoting the integration of science and education,such as insufficient understanding of teachers and students,insufficient resource integration and imperfect operational mechanism system.In view of the existing problems,it is proposed to strengthen the propaganda and guidance,improve the understanding of teachers and students on the integration of science and education,pay attention to coordination,fully integrate the resources of scientific research and education in colleges and universities,scientific research institutes and related enterprises,further promote the integration of science and education,improve the training quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in horticulture,optimize the mechanism,provide funds and incentives for deepening the integration of science and education,and ensure the sustainable development of ’colleges and universities,schools and enterprises’ collaborative development of science and education.
