摘要
针对公路养护决策中路面使用性能预测不精确、决策主观性大、信息化程度低等问题,提出一套面向路面使用性能的养护决策系统的实现方法。基于最小二乘支持向量机理论建立路面使用性能预测模型,为解决影响因素随机性大、复杂非线性问题,提出一种累加法对数据进行处理。构建多目标养护决策模型以提高路面使用性能,实现养护资金的合理分配。结合算例验证该方法,结果表明能提升路面使用性能指标的预测精度,并优化养护方案。设计并开发公路养护决策系统,实现路面指标的评定、预测及养护决策一体化功能,有利于提高公路养护智能化、信息化水平。
Aiming at the problems of inaccurate prediction of pavement performance in road maintenance decision-making,large subjectivity and low informatization,an implementation method of maintenance decision-making system for pavement performance is proposed.A prediction model of pavement performance was established based on the least squares support vector machine theory.In order to solve the problem of large randomness and complex non-linearity of influencing factors,an accumulation method was proposed to process the data.A multi-objective maintenance decision-making model was constructed to improve pavement performance and achieve a reasonable allocation of maintenance funds.The method is verified with examples,and the results show that the prediction accuracy of pavement performance indicators can be improved,and the maintenance plan can be optimized.Finally,a road maintenance decision-making system is designed and developed to realize the integrated functions of pavement index assessment,prediction,and maintenance decision-making,which is conducive to improving the intelligence and informatization of road maintenance.
