马铃薯中烯酰吗啉、氟吡菌胺及其代谢物BAM的残留检测与储藏稳定性研究 被引量:1

摘要 建立应用超高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时检测马铃薯中烯酰吗啉、氟吡菌胺及其代谢物BAM的残留分析方法,并对其在马铃薯中的储藏稳定性进行了研究。样品采用QuEChERS方法处理,经乙腈提取,PSA和C18净化,质谱多反应监测模式扫描,外标法定量。试验结果表明:在0.01、0.10、0.50 mg/kg三个浓度的添加水平下,烯酰吗啉、氟吡菌胺及其代谢物BAM在马铃薯样品中平均添加回收率为90%~96%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~5.5%。该方法简便高效,可用于烯酰吗啉、氟吡菌胺及其代谢物BAM在马铃薯中的快速检测。在低于-18℃条件下储藏6个月的试验期间,烯酰吗啉、氟吡菌胺及其代谢物BAM的平均降解率为0~19%,表明它们在马铃薯基质中均比较稳定。 The method for determining dimethomorph,fluopicolide and its metabolites BAM residue in potato was established based on ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The storage stability was studied of dimethomorph,fluopicolide and its metabolites BAM in potatoes.The samples were processed using the QuEChERS method,extracted with acetonitrile,purified with PSA and C18,and scanned by mass spectrometry in the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that under the addition concentrations of 0.01 mg/kg,0.10 mg/kg and 0.50 mg/kg the average recoveries of dimethomorph,fluopicolide and its metabolits BAM in potato sample were 90%~96%,the relative standard deviations were 0.6%~5.5%.This method was convenient,efficient,could be used for the rapid detection of dimethomorph,fluopyram and its metabolites in potatoes.The average degradation rates of dimethomorph,fluopicolide and its metabolites BAM were 0~19%during the six months storage period below-18℃.The storage stability results showed that dimethomorph,fluopicolide and its metabolites BAM were stable in potatoes.
