摘要
综述了嘉宝果的主要营养成分、生理功效和加工利用的现状,并提出了存在的问题及建议,展望了嘉宝果的研究和开发趋势,可为推动我国嘉宝果综合利用提供参考。
This paper summarized the research progress and existing problems of Myrciaria cauliflora from its nutrition,functions,processing and utilization.It will provide some references for the in-depth development and research.
