摘要
针对磁耦合机构中与拾取线圈同一平面的金属对磁耦合无线电能传输(MC-WPT)系统带来的涡流损耗与系统失谐问题,通过建模与仿真分析,给出了不同材料、尺寸、位置的金属对耦合机构参数和MC-WPT系统性能的影响规律。并在此基础上提出了一种主动抑制线圈平面的金属对系统影响的耦合机构,给出其参数设计方法。最后通过仿真与实验验证所提耦合机构及其参数设计方法的正确性与有效性。
Aiming at the eddy current loss and system detuning caused by the metal on the pickup coil plane in the magnetic coupler of MC-WPT system,disciplines that describe the influences on coupler parameters and MC-WPT system caused by different material,size and position of metal are given.Metal influences on coupler parameters and MC-WPT system are analyzed by modeling and simulation.A kind of magnetic coupler based on the influence disciplines that actively suppresses the influence caused by metal in the same plane with pickup coil is proposed,and its parameter design method is given.Finally,simulation and experiment results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed coupler and its parameter design method.
