摘要
带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染引起的病毒性皮肤病。临床常见,起病急,尤其是年龄大的患者,病情较重,出现合并症及带状疱疹后遗神经痛的概率较高,给患者健康及生活质量带来极大的影响。目前治疗方案以抗病毒、止痛为主,但是单一用药有局限性,更多主张联合用药。干扰素是具有多种生物学功能的糖蛋白,在治疗病毒感染性皮肤病方面有卓越的疗效,本文就干扰素在治疗带状疱疹中的应用及安全性进行总结和讨论。
Herpes zoster is a viral skin disease caused by varicella zoster virus infection.It is more common in clinic and has an acute onset, especially in older patients.The incidence rate of complications and postherpetic neuralgia are high, which has a great impact on the health and quality of life of patients.At present, the treatment strategy is mainly antiviral and analgesic, though single drug use has limitations, so the combined drugs are more recommended.Interferon is a glycoprotein with multiple biological functions and has excellent curative effect in the treatment of viral infectious skin diseases.It will be summarized and discussed about the effectiveness and safety of interferon in the treatment of herpes zoster in this paper.
