注射用人干扰素α-1b治疗带状疱疹1例

Human Interferon α-1b Injection in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

患者男,65岁,右肩背部红斑水疱伴疼痛1周就诊。查体:右侧肩背部片状红斑基础上散布水疱、血疱,单侧分布,不超过体表中线。诊断:带状疱疹。予注射用人干扰素α-1b联合常规抗病毒、营养神经、止痛治疗,止疱、止痛时间较常规治疗更快,4周随访患者无明显后遗神经痛。

A 65-year-old male presented with a one-week history of erythema blister with pain on the back of right shoulder.Dermatological examination showed that blisters and blood blisters were scattered on the right shoulder and back based on the patchy erythema, which were distributed unilaterally and did not exceed the midline of body surface.The diagnosis of herpes zoster was made.The patient was treated with human interferon α-1 b for injection combined with conventional antiviral, neurotrophic and analgesic therapy.The time of relieving blister and pain was earlier than conventional treatment.There was no obvious neuralgia after four weeks of follow-up.
