固井用大温差低密度水泥浆悬浮稳定剂的制备与性能 被引量:2

摘要 针对低压易漏地层大温差条件下低密度固井水泥浆悬浮沉降失稳的问题,基于高分子悬浮稳定剂大温差下失效机理,以 N -乙烯基己内酰胺(NVCL)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,用溶液聚合法制备了悬浮稳定剂PFH-118,其分子结构和性能经红外光谱分析、热重分析和流变性分析等表征。将PFH-118加入到低密度水泥浆中测定了综合性能。结果表明:在30~90 ℃大温差下,悬浮剂PFH-118的表观黏度会随着温度的升高而保持在一定值,且在30~90 ℃内可以将低密度水泥浆上、下密度差控制在0.03 g/cm^(3) 以内。 In order to solve the problem of instability of slurry suspension settlement of low-density solid well under the condition of large temperature difference in low pressure and leakage formation,based on the failure mechanism of polymer suspension stabilizer under large temperature difference,the suspension stabilizer PFH-118 was prepared by solution polymerization with N-vinyl caprolactam(NVCL),2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS)and acrylamide(AM)as monomers.The molecular structure and properties were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis and rheological analysis.PFH-118 was added to low-density cement slurry to determine the comprehensive performance.The results show that the apparent viscosity of PFH-118 will remain at a certain value with the increase of temperature at 30~90℃,and the density difference between upper and lower-density of low-density cement slurry can be controlled within 0.03 g/cm^(3) at 30~90℃.
