大型桁架天线装配精度仿真与代理模型的构建

摘要 针对大型桁架天线装配精度的难以预测情况,采用误差等效建模方法建立桁架天线有限元仿真模型,并搭建试验台对仿真模型进行了验证。以仿真结果为基础对影响型面精度的误差因素进行了敏感度分析,通过多元线性回归拟合得到了桁架天线单元体代理模型。采用齐次变换法得到了桁架天线的整体装配误差传递模型。研究结果可为大型桁架天线的零部件设计、装配精度保障及型面精度调整等提供理论支持。 For large truss antenna assembly accuracy is hard to predict,error equivalent modeling method is established by finite element simulation model of truss antenna and is verified to build the simulation model test rig based on the results of simulation factors that affect the precision of profile error sensitivity analysis according to the analysis results through multiple linear regression agent got the unit cell model,Finally,based on the homogeneous transformation method,the whole assembly error transfer model of the truss antenna is obtained.The research results can provide theoretical support for parts design,assembly accuracy assurance and surface accuracy adjustment of large truss antennas.
