摘要 通过重新设计打标方式并加装隔声罩来解决汽车制动蹄气动打标的噪声污染问题。所设计制动蹄气动打标降噪装置具有工件标识自动打印、隔声门自动开闭和安全防护等功能。其隔声罩采用吸声效果好、耐油耐热性好的材料,驱动方式为气动;其电气控制采用PLC控制技术,设有手工与自动两种操作模式;其噪声最大声级能达到国家标准规定的限值。 To suppress the noise of the pneumatic marking of automobile brake shoes,the marking method is redesigned and a noise reduction device with a sound insulation barrier is presented.The designed noise reduction device for brake shoe pneumatic marking has the functionalities of automatic work piece clamping,automatic label printing,automatically operated soundproof doors,and safety protection;the sound insulation barrier uses the materials with high sound absorption,good oil resistance,and heat resistance;the driving mode of the device is pneumatic;the electrical control adopts PLC control technology,which can be selectively operated in an automatic mode or a manual operation mode.The maximum sound level of noise does not exceed the limit of the national standard.
