共同富裕是推进城乡融合发展的重要目标。马克思城乡发展思想和共同富裕思想是我国城乡发展实践的理论来源。中国城乡发展进入城乡融合发展阶段是在马克思主义理论指导下中国共产党理论创新的结果。从共同富裕角度分析城乡融合发展的逻辑与路径,为观察和理解中国的共同富裕问题和城乡发展问题提供了一种思路,有助于推进城乡融合发展实践和理论创新。新时代以共同富裕为目标推进城乡融合发展,一要坚持“目标—动力—机制”一体两翼的发展逻辑,即坚持目标与过程相统一,不断增强改革和创新发展动力,坚持完善机制;二要走“核心力量领导—满足需求—创造供给—共享机会成果”四位一体的发展路径。

Common prosperity is an important goal in promoting the integrated development between urban and rural areas.Marx’s idea of urban and rural development and the idea of common prosperity are the theoretical sources of China’s urban and rural development practice.China’s urban and rural development has entered a stage of integrated development,which is the result of a theoretical innovation of CPC under the guidance of Marxist theory.Analyzing the logic and path of urban-rural integration from the perspective of common prosperity provides an idea for observing and understanding the issue of common prosperity and urban-rural development in China,which is conducive to promoting the practice and theoretical innovation of urban-rural integration.In the new era,to promote the integrated development between urban and rural areas with the goal of common prosperity,first,we must adhere to the logic of“goal-power-mechanism”,namely,adhere to the unity of goals and processes,continuously enhance the momentum of reform and innovation,and continue to improve mechanism;second,we must take the four-in-one development path of“core force leadership-meeting demand-creating supply-sharing opportunities and fruits”.
