This paper mainly introduces a new type of body parts supply system suitable for mixed-line flexible production.The system mainly consists of rack system,display system,PLC system and production management system.Through the calculation function of PLC and production management system,in the way of consumption first and loading first,the dynamic parts supply of multiple models is realized,and the relevant information is visually transmitted.It saves the production line space and investment,and improves the supervision efficiency,which provides reference for the loading design of flexible production line in the manufacturing industry.
