摘要
白车身(Body InWhite,BIW)制造是汽车制造过程中的重要环节,白车身及其夹具的尺寸质量、过程控制水平关系到整车的产能和尺寸质量。基于北京奔驰MFA平台对新车型白车身尺寸过程控制策略进行研究。通过应用标准结构及标准方案等系统性评审方法,建立了验收标准检查项,并提出了系统验收及调试流程方案。同时应用标准精度及稳定性验收方案验证夹具设备质量,科学高效的保证了产品尺寸,为后续新车型白车身尺寸的稳健性设计提供了标准化思路。
The BIW(Body In White)manufacturing is an important link in the automobile manufacturing process.The dimension and process control level of the BIW are related to the production capacity and dimensional quality of the vehicle.This article is based on the BBAC-MFA platform to study the BIW dimension process control strategy of new vehicle model.The systematic audit method i.e.standardized structure and standardized plan,etc.,is applied to establish the acceptance standards check items,and then proposes the system acceptance and adjustment plan.Standards accuracy and stability acceptance plan are proposed to verify the quality of fixture equipment,so as to ensure the dimension scientifically and efficiently,providing standardized thinking for robust design of BIW dimension of subsequent new vehicle models.
