基于公安应用型人才培养的“学战结合育人基地”建设与实践

构建协同育人机制是公安院校人才培养目标的客观要求,也是提升公安院校公安专业人才培养质量的重要路径。山西警察学院建设“学战结合育人基地”是实施公安院校协同育人机制的具体措施,落实和创新了公安院校协同育人实现路径:通过双方教科研合作团队建设实现系、队深度融合;通过“警院进警队、警队进警院”实现“助力实战、助力教学”;通过教师与教官共同授课,创新学生授课和在职民警培训模式;通过教师与教官共同设计与开发综合实训项目,培养学生的创新能力;通过教师与教官双导师制,提升学生毕业论文(设计)的应用性研究。借助育人基地建设与运行实践,使公安院校人才培养质量与公安队伍建设实现双赢,打造公安院校“学战结合育人基地”示范品牌。

The construction of a collaborative education mechanism is an objective requirement for talent training in public security colleges and universities.It is also an important way to improve the quality of public security professional talent training in public security colleges and universities.The construction of the Base for Combining Study and Combat with Education of Shanxi Police College is a specific measure to implement the mechanism of collaborative education of public security colleges and universities,and has implemented and innovated the path for the realization of collaborative education of public security colleges and universities:through the construction of the teaching and scientific research cooperation team between the two sides to achieve the deep integration of departments and teams;through the“police academy into the police force,the police force into the police academy”to achieve“to help actual combat,help teaching”;through teachers and instructors to teach together,innovate student teaching and on-the-job police training mode;through teachers and instructors to jointly design and develop comprehensive practical training projects,cultivate students'innovative ability Through the dual tutor system of teachers and instructors,the applied research of students'graduation thesis(design)is enhanced.With the help of the construction and operation practice of the education base,the quality of talent training in public security colleges and universities and the construction of public security teams can achieve a win-win situation,and create a demonstration brand of“combining learning and fighting with education bases”in public security colleges and universities.
