辅导员能作为高校思政教育工作的核心力量,主要在于其面对不同学生,从生活、学习等方面展开教育,其中谈心属于辅导员开展思政教育工作的重要途径。在辅导员与学生谈心的过程中,能够拉近彼此间的距离,通过心与心的交流切实提升思政教育工作质量。然而,在实际的谈心过程中会因为社会、学生、辅导员等方面的原因而导致面临着一定的困境,所以为了提高思政教育工作质量,辅导员应当重点优化谈心方式与技巧,从心灵出发,促进学生人格健康发展,提高思政教育实效。

C ounselors can be the core strength of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,mainly because they face different students and carry out education from life,study and other aspects,of which talking from hearts is an important way for counselors to carry out ideological and political education work.In talking with students,counselors can narrow the distance between each other and eff ectively improve the quality of ideological and political education through heart-to-heart exchanges.However,in the actual process of heart-to-heart talks,it will face certain difficulties due to the social,student,counselors,and other reasons,so in order to improve the quality of ideological and political education,counselors should focus on optimizing the way and skills of talking,starting from the heart,promoting the healthy development of student's personality,and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
