30个InDel位点在广东揭阳汉族人群中的遗传多态性研究

摘要 采集200名广东揭阳汉族无关个体(142名男性,58名女性)外周血样,提取样本的DNA,对30个InDel位点进行复合扩增和分型检测,统计30个位点的基因频率分布及群体遗传学参数。结果显示,经Bonferroni法校正后,30个InDel位点在广东揭阳汉族人群中均符合Hardy—Weinberg平衡定律(P>0.05)。在广东揭阳汉族人群中平均杂合度(Ho)为0.600,平均期望杂合度(He)为0.400,平均个体识别力(DP)为0.626,平均多态信息总量(PIC)为0.354,平均非父排除率(PE)为0.165,累计非父排除率(CPE)为0.999999999999999999999999999997,累计个体识别率(CPD)为0.999999995422436。Investigator DIPplex试剂盒中包含的30个InDel位点在广东揭阳汉族人群中具有良好的遗传多态性,可作为法医遗传学实践中的补充工具。
